Rigging and Lifting Specialist – Qatar

Rigging & Lifting Specialist must be well versed with all aspects of rigging and lifting services and must have good and proven experience in the supervision of safe operation of lifting equipment and heavy critical lifting in live plant areas within LNG installation or Petrochemical industries.
Hands on Experience in heavy lift Supervision, Capacity Assessment of selected cranes and rigging gear, knowledge of various rigging methods, knowledge of equipment maintenance and inspection procedures and also should have vast knowledge of rigging requirements in large Oil & Gas operating plants including non-plant industrial areas.
Must have good understanding of Working Procedures, International Standards and Safe & Sound practices pertaining to lifting equipment and cranes. Requirements Must be well versed with thorough knowledge of rigging and lifting operations in large Oil & Gas Plants, including heavy and critical tasks with proven track record, preferably in LNG Plants.
Completed Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualifying certificates ie must be LEEA certified.

Contracts Engineer – Qatar

Review of scope of work, developing suitable pricing structure, preparing tender documents with suitable conditions and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed. Accountable for the provision of contract ADministration support to the Project Engineers/Managers that are managing contruction projects on QG Assest. Formulate suitable tendering strategy depending upon the scope, value, type and time schedule. Select the most appropriate bidders list. Lead role in conducting site visits, pre-tender meetings and co-ordinate with user, finance and legal in providing clarifications. Co-ordinate technical evaluation, conduct commercial evaluation, and obtain STC/ LTC approval for award. Prepare legally binding Letter of Indents, Contracts and Change Orders.
10 years experience in preparation of tenders, Contracts and contract administration, particularly in relation to services within the oil and gas industry. Should have experience of Contract Administration of Oil & Gas projects. Preferable the entire construction life cycle. Should have good Technical knowledge in reviewing and finalising various technical Contracts. Good knowledge in legal practices, Contract laws and industry practices. Good computer literacy in microsoft office softwares and SAP ESM modules.
B. Sc. in an Engineering discipline or a filed related to contract administration within the Oil & Gas sector, such as Laws.

Senior Treasury Analyst – Qatar

Assess credit risk and credit -worthiness of rated and non-rated counterparties, such as potential and existing customers, financial institutions and potential contractors;
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis relying on financial statements and other market data to establish credit limits through the use of an in house credit scoring model.
Maintain and monitor credit limits extended on behalf of the various legal entities to respective customers, financial institutions and other counterparties.
Administer credit support documents (e.g. Letters of Credit, Guaranties, etc.). Analyses asset and departmental level data. Maintain, update and monitor asset financial forecasts on a daily basis. Record, report and follow-up on variances from the original forecast.
Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations for assigned accounts accurately and timely.
Identify and investigate any financial discrepancies to ensure no fraudulent or incorrect transfers are made.

Senior Mechanical Technician – Qatar

Key Accountabilities:

Contracts Assistant – Qatar

Job Role:
Will be handling all call-off work orders under the manpower frame agreement. This includes preparation of call-off work orders, expediting the work, maintaining the data base, preparation of reports for monthly and quarterly review, creation of contracts in SAP, maintaining documentation and close out, provide administrative assist the Contracts Leads on other contracts.Key Accountability:To work as per company policy & procedures and maintain confidentiality of all matters. Ensure that all the work orders are issued as per QG standard and within table of financial authority. Ensure all the database and documents are accurate and updated to reflect the current status. Minimum Requirements:

Head of Competence Development – Qatar

Job Purpose :
Direct the activities of the Competence Development and Performance Management Division in order to manage and monitor the company’s annual performance management cycle and process , and using Qatargas Competence framework , drive the augmentation of the company’s level s of technical and generic business competences.Key Job Accountabilities : 1.Plan and manage the strategy and activities of the Competence Development and Performance Management Division (CD&PM) to meet agreed Departmental targets and objectives2.Implement and monitor the Company Performance Management cycle and process in accordance to the “Employee Performance Management Policy” to drive compliance and consistent application across QG. To ensure timely tracking, monitoring and reporting of Corporate KPIs related to performance appraisal is done for QG (corporate, group, departmental, division and individual) for Objective settings, Mid-year review, End-year appraisal, and appeal cases. 3.Lead the design, implementation and ongoing updating of the QG Technical Competence Framework for all the positions in QG (2,700+) and working with close co-operations and giving advice to the subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the framework is in line with best practice implementation. Planning Engineer – Qatar

Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and plans at various phases of Projects; analyse and review the progress, review and comment on contractor planning and progress procedures and reports.
1. Develop, implement and maintain Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles & responsibilities.
2. Develop preliminary schedules and establish key dates for all phases of E&V Projects (Tendering, FEED and Execution).
3. Review and analysis of Contractors’ initial Planning Package (Schedules, Network, CPA, procedures etc.)
4. Establish and maintain overall integrated schedule for the E&V Project portfolio
5. Analyse monthly schedule submittals and prepare input into overall monthly Project reports consistent with the overall Project reporting system.

9. Provide support to verify claimed monthly progress against invoices, variations and change orders.
10. Coordinate with the Cost Control function within the Project Management team and contractors, to ensure that project cost phasing is kept up to date in line with current forecasts.

PR Business Support Supervisor – Qatar

Supervise the coordinate corporate local events such as board meetings, town hall meeting, Annual gala dinner, Qatargas sports events, social investment activities, tournaments, signing ceremonies, milestone celebrations and inaugurations, protocols, also assist in preparing departments budget and related reports. Systems Engineer (Security) – Qatar

Senior Workover Engineer – Qatar

Required to visit offshore operations during workover execution and rig mob / demob.
Addresses complex discipline specific related problems and issues.

Participates in first line response for well emergencies. If required, on 24 hour call-out standby rotation to respond and to mobilize equipment and personnel to provide support to Field Operations.
