A Rigging Foreman (Lifting Equipments) assumes high level of responsibility for the safe handling around 5000 nos. of Onshore Lifting Equipment’s Proof load testing and certification ( Includes tools and tackles, Powered & Non-Powered Equipments, EOT Cranes & Hoists, Plant Elevators). He has to work with limited supervision and should be able to coordinate with vendors & contractors for safe, timely and cost effective execution of jobs, perform site visits for the notified maintenance jobs and verify the application of established terms and condition from the contract for the jobs being executed. Ensuring work compliance to the standards, tolerances and fits. Accountabilities include to plan, execute, maintain and supervise the Lifting Equipments maintenance and certification activities in Company facilities. Also to interface, guide & direct the maintenance contractors / Company staff for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities and Third Party certifying agencies. HND or Equivalent in Mechanical discipline, Minimum of 7 years of experience in lifting equipment maintenance activities and coordination for inspection, 3rd Party certification in onshore / offshore oil and gas industries. At least 5 years Middle East experience preferable, Good Knowledge related to operation, maintenance and statuary testing / inspection of lifting equipment. Familiar with international lifting equipment standards and codes. Abilities in troubleshooting, correspondence and follow-up with vendors, contractors, QG teams (Maintenance, Operations, Supply and E&V). Effective written & oral skills in English. Good communication skills and computer skills in MS office and SAP. Position requires planning and man-management skills. Capability to solve more complex problems and ability to work under pressure.
Specific Role Purpose: Refractory/Insulation Supervisor (Fabric Maintenance Supervisor) is to manage established contracts, quantity estimation and active participation in the procurement of refractory /insulation materials on time, and safe execution of work at site with contracted manpower. He is to handle the demand of Refractory lining maintenance activity as follows, identification of required materials on time to order, coordination with vendor & contractor for safe, timely and cost effective execution.
He will be responsible to supervise the Maintenance work, including check and verification of drawings & details, specification requirements, preparing the Method Statement, JSA, work execution and management of works to minimize the cost of Maintenance activities, follow maintenance procedures continuously to ensure maximum operational efficiency. Specific Accountabilities:
Supervises and coordinates works according to established procedures, policies and approved programs. With these parameters, exercises judgment in planning and organizing work, deciding immediate priorities, setting standards, checking and accepting work. Job includes regular maintenance, planning for the shutdown, timely completion with safety and quality, prepare and submit reports. Technical Bid Evaluation for all materials and contracts.
Specific Requirements (Technical Competency): HND or Bachelor degree or equivalent in Ceramic Engineering with specialization in Refractory. Overall 15 + years’ experience in the refractory line, with minimum 5 years’ experience in refractory installation & repair works in the Oil & Gas in the supervisory position with maintenance and shut down experience. Familiar with International standards. Gulf experience is preferred. Good spoken English, ability to write technical reports. Computer literature, shall be able perform MS office, internet and basic computer applications. Ability to read refractory design drawings.

Basic Function and Scope: The Control & Instrumentation (C&I) Engineer supports the Project Management Team (PMT) during FEED as well as detailed engineering, construction, commissioning and start up phases of the Project. Ensure that the C&I design and installation meet the Project safety, environmental, operational, quality, cost, design, and schedule objectives. An ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team is required as well as strong computer literacy. Tasks and Duties:• Responsible for control system design for the facilities and ensures that the work is executed in a coordinated way to meet the project objectives and the plant can be operated and controlled with minimum operator intervention. • Facilitate and coordinate all C&I design, detailed engineering and construction work related to the project to adhere to project schedule. Evaluate/comment work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Includes review of C&I design drawings, documents, and specifications. Steward C&I engineering queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests.• Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures. • Participate and contribute in project design reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL reviews. Participate in C&I engineering 3D model reviews and design reviews. • Conduct meetings with the contractor and vendors to ensure smooth progress of control and instrument activities. Conduct project team member briefing sessions with respect to C&I engineering requirements and processes. Ensure the implementation of SEQ programs to provide a safe and enviornmentally compliant work enviornment for Qatargas and contractor personnel in all onshore and offshore locations and assist in the supervision of Technicians and Trainees.
1. Coordinate and plan the activities of SEQ personnel in order to provide for the delivery of approved SEQ programs.
2. Develop, recommend and conduct training programs in safety principles and practices.
3. Ensure the effectiveness and on demand use of SEQ equipment and facilities are kept in best working condition by coordinating and monitoring preventive maintenance programs in order to ensure optimum operational status and readiness for use.

Basic Function and Scope:The Completions Engineer executes the integrated systems completions/start-up program. Between the Construction and Operations phases, he manages effective execution systems completions/acceptance tasks and identification/mitigation of “look ahead” activities critical to ensuring an orderly integration of Producing Facilities. Provides guidance, training, and oversight regarding systems completions to the Qatargas PMT Start-Up Organization and Contractor’s Systems Completion Organization. Tasks and Duties:• Assist in the development and sourcing of the Systems Completions Organization.• Assist development of the Systems Completions Plan.• Manages a computerized Completion Management System (CMS) for tracking, certification, and quality purposes. Develop and monitor systems completions database of engineering parameters, check sheets, and verification criteria.• Involve Operation representatives in all aspects of familiarization and training on plant equipment and systems according to the requirements the Operability Management Plan.• Under auspices of the Systems Completions and working with the EPC contractors’ manage to:1. Provide onsite leadership to ensuring safe execution systems completions and commissioning.2. Provide guidance and participate in activities concerning Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Turnover of equipment and systems.3. Development of Completions Management Procedures and functional and inspection checks, startup and operating, loop testing, Permit to Work (PTW), and preparation of Completion Dossiers, etc.4.
