Will be handling all call-off work orders under the manpower frame agreement. This includes preparation of call-off work orders, expediting the work, maintaining the data base, preparation of reports for monthly and quarterly review, creation of contracts in SAP, maintaining documentation and close out, provide administrative assist the Contracts Leads on other contracts.Key Accountability:To work as per company policy & procedures and maintain confidentiality of all matters. Ensure that all the work orders are issued as per QG standard and within table of financial authority. Ensure all the database and documents are accurate and updated to reflect the current status. Minimum Requirements:
Exposure to SAP MM module handling tenders, supply chain or contracts management.Having experience & exposure handling manpower contracts thru SAP will have an advantage. Must be proficient in MS Office particularly in Excel spreadsheet reports and Powerpoint presentations.
