Facilities Engineer (CSP) – Qatar

1. Basic Function and Scope :
Analyzes existing or proposed process, utilities, storage and other support systems
for the off-shore production facilities and onshore plant. Prepares or reviews design
work connected with multi-disciplinary projects, modifications and alternations to
existing systems, or the installation of new equipment and systems, whether done inhouse
by the Maintenance Department or through outside contractors. Studies and
analyses complex or recurring problems relating to process, utilities, storage and
other support systems, and recommends appropriate solutions. Works with other
specialist discipline engineers in the maintenance and updating of engineering
drawings, standards, specifications, manual, and data books.
2. Tasks and Duties :
a Studies engineering drawings and visits Company’s sites to become
thoroughly familiar with working conditions, the detailed arrangement of the
facilities, and the function of the various components.
b. Acts as the focal point for consolidating specialist input from process,
mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, structural and construction
engineers on matters pertaining to development of complete project scopes.
Provides expert technical advice to management and other
departments/divisions as required, particularly on the subjects of piping,
valves, actuators, fittings, heaters, coolers, exchangers, filters, flares,
vessels, nozzles and tanks. Also assists in troubleshooting complex or
recurring problems and recommends sound and cost effective solutions to
the problems that arise.
c. Works with other specialist discipline engineers to ensure that all drawings,
standards, specifications, manuals and data books are up-to-date and “asbuilt”,
and directs draftsmen and technical assistants to carry out all
corrections to reflect any alterations, modifications and additions to
equipment and systems.
d. Works with other specialist discipline engineers to carry out various duties
related to modifications, improvements and alterations to be executed by the
Maintenance Department. These duties include conducting feasibility studies,
developing cost estimates in conjunction with the Cost & Contracts Engineer,
preparing preliminary designs and specifications, preparing or reviewing
consultant’s design drawings, preparing capital authorization requests,
preparing bills of materials, participating in preparing purchase orders,
following up on quotations, conducting technical bid analyses, recommending
suppliers or contractors, and answering queries from vendors.
e. Supervises the implementation of minor modification and improvement
projects carried out in-house to ensure execution and completion to
established Company standards and specifications. Performs project
engineering duties (including cost control, scheduling, contract preparation
and administration, etc.) when assigned as the Project Engineer.
f. Carries out assigned duties to major modifications and improvements to
existing facilities, or the installation of new facilities, to be executed by
outside contractors. Includes participating in technical bid analyses,
reviewing design drawings submitted by contractors and proposing
amendments as necessary, specifying materials and equipment to be used,
and supervising the execution of work to ensure compliance with drawings
and Company specifications and standards. Attends meetings with
contractors as necessary.
g. Reviews and checks invoices submitted by contractors, ensures compliance
with work satisfactorily completed, makes necessary corrections, and
submits to supervisor regarding new techniques, equipment and materials
which may benefit the Company and its operations.
h . Stays abreast of state-of-the-art developments in gas production and
processing systems engineering, and provides regular advice and
information to supervisor regarding new techniques, equipment and materials
which may benefit the Company and its operations.
i. Responsible for the support of Company Safety, environment and Quality
policies and programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities
related to his job as spelled out in Management system documentation,
policies, procedures, local documentation, Management System Manual,
Safety Manual and other related documents.
j. Carries out other similar or related duties as per the direction from the
Manager. Minimum Requirements:
a. Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Structural Engineering.
b. 8 years’ experience in designing, building, operating, monitoring and maintaining production and processing equipment and associated systems in the petroleum industry. Includes 4 years in multi-discipline project
environment, with good skills in organization of work, planning and scheduling of activities, and performance of cost control responsibilities.
c. Very good written and spoken English
d. High computer literacy in both office and technical applications.

Head of Communications and Planning – Qatar

Plan, Lead, and Direct the PR Communications & Planning Division in developing, implementing main communication strategies, tools and PR programs. Key Job Accountabilities Measurement Direct media management strategies for projects and Company activities and manage relations with local, regional and international media and ensure Company develops effective media responses through message development, training of spokespeople and adherence to media protocol. Lead the PR crisis management team to include their training and competence development to ensure an effective crisis management plan and arrangements are in place. Plan and contribute to the annual Reputation Management and implement the section process, including establishing priorities and deliverables. Ensure all media releases and other external communication materials are of high quality and fit for the purpose. Manage and approve the production of all marketing materials and act as the custodian and police of the QG brand internally and externally. Direct and implement issues management processes of the Company to ensure robust and consistent approach to issues including the development of appropriate message and communications activities to support issues management. Develop and control editorial policy and production deadlines for Qatargas publications to ensure the theme of the articles is suitable and review all publications issued by Department and provide recommendations and advise senior management on presentations/speeches to ensure contents are in line with overall corporate messages. Electrical Engineer – Qatar

Able to make a discipline technical contribution in a field of engineering. An individual at this level is expected to work with limited supervision and undertake specific tasks that have limited impact. They should be able to carry out data acquisition and analyses independently.

Accounting Specialist (IFRS,Reporting, Accounting) – Qatar

Position provides subject matter expert input to the Finance department in respect of IFRS, financial reporting and accounting policy. Role will also drive the national graduate development program and technical competency growth across all Finance departments. Position is critical in maintaining and developing the core technical skills of the Finance team and in ensuring the annual IFRS statements are delivered in a timely manner and or high quality. • Act as the company’s subject matter expert on IFRS, including identifying and driving the resolution of all technical accounting issues throughout the organization. Review annually new standards issued for applicability to Qatargas .• Contribute to the interpretation of any ambiguous clauses of the business’s numerous joint ventures, royalty, sales and other agreements to ensure they are properly reflected in the financial reports.• Own the Accounting Policy Manual for Qatargas, ensuring it contains appropriate accounting policies and guidance specific to Qatargas. Update the manual annually. • Co-ordinate and drive the annual statutory reporting timetable, both internally and externally to shareholders, conduct SME review of the financial statements prepared by Section Heads and manage shareholder and external audit comments to ensure final product is of high quality and fully IFRS compliant.• Co-ordinate the National Graduate development program within Finance, including: identification and recruitment of new graduates in conjunction with HR an finance management; effective on-boarding/Day 1 process; establishing and managing individual graduate rotation and development programs; ensuring effective coaching of graduate through finance coaches; and establishing recruitment guidelines for new graduates. Rigging and Lifting Specialist – Qatar

Rigging & Lifting Specialist must be well versed with all aspects of rigging and lifting services and must have good and proven experience in the supervision of safe operation of lifting equipment and heavy critical lifting in live plant areas within LNG installation or Petrochemical industries.
Hands on Experience in heavy lift Supervision, Capacity Assessment of selected cranes and rigging gear, knowledge of various rigging methods, knowledge of equipment maintenance and inspection procedures and also should have vast knowledge of rigging requirements in large Oil & Gas operating plants including non-plant industrial areas.
Must have good understanding of Working Procedures, International Standards and Safe & Sound practices pertaining to lifting equipment and cranes. Requirements Must be well versed with thorough knowledge of rigging and lifting operations in large Oil & Gas Plants, including heavy and critical tasks with proven track record, preferably in LNG Plants.
Completed Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualifying certificates ie must be LEEA certified.
A Minimum of 15 Years Experience in supervisory position handling heavy and critical lift operations in petrochemical, Oil & Gas industry, preferably in LNG Plants.

Contracts Engineer – Qatar

Review of scope of work, developing suitable pricing structure, preparing tender documents with suitable conditions and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed. Accountable for the provision of contract ADministration support to the Project Engineers/Managers that are managing contruction projects on QG Assest. Formulate suitable tendering strategy depending upon the scope, value, type and time schedule. Select the most appropriate bidders list. Lead role in conducting site visits, pre-tender meetings and co-ordinate with user, finance and legal in providing clarifications. Co-ordinate technical evaluation, conduct commercial evaluation, and obtain STC/ LTC approval for award. Prepare legally binding Letter of Indents, Contracts and Change Orders.
10 years experience in preparation of tenders, Contracts and contract administration, particularly in relation to services within the oil and gas industry. Should have experience of Contract Administration of Oil & Gas projects. Preferable the entire construction life cycle. Should have good Technical knowledge in reviewing and finalising various technical Contracts. Good knowledge in legal practices, Contract laws and industry practices. Good computer literacy in microsoft office softwares and SAP ESM modules.
B. Sc. in an Engineering discipline or a filed related to contract administration within the Oil & Gas sector, such as Laws.

Senior Treasury Analyst – Qatar

Assess credit risk and credit -worthiness of rated and non-rated counterparties, such as potential and existing customers, financial institutions and potential contractors;
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis relying on financial statements and other market data to establish credit limits through the use of an in house credit scoring model.
Maintain and monitor credit limits extended on behalf of the various legal entities to respective customers, financial institutions and other counterparties.
Administer credit support documents (e.g. Letters of Credit, Guaranties, etc.). Analyses asset and departmental level data. Maintain, update and monitor asset financial forecasts on a daily basis. Record, report and follow-up on variances from the original forecast.

Senior Mechanical Technician – Qatar

Key Accountabilities:
