Senior Plant Safety Officer – Qatar

Ensure the implementation of SEQ programs to provide a safe and enviornmentally compliant work enviornment for Qatargas and contractor personnel in all onshore and offshore locations and assist in the supervision of Technicians and Trainees.
1. Coordinate and plan the activities of SEQ personnel in order to provide for the delivery of approved SEQ programs.
2. Develop, recommend and conduct training programs in safety principles and practices.
3. Ensure the effectiveness and on demand use of SEQ equipment and facilities are kept in best working condition by coordinating and monitoring preventive maintenance programs in order to ensure optimum operational status and readiness for use.
4. Coordinate the implementation of the “permit to work”, covering hote maintenance work and vessel entry procedures.
5. Act as a source of guidance in investigating incidents and participate in the preparation, review and assesment of statictics.
6. Inspect new projects construction/installation work to ensure contractor personnel are aware of, and comply with Qatargas SEQ practices and regulations.
7. Ensure that adequate stocks of SEQ related and emergency equipment and protective clothing are equipoped at all times.

Business Continuity Management Specialist – Qatar

Job Purpose:To lead and supervise the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the corporate Business Continuity Management (BCM) program, ensuring it is fully embedded and integrated in the organization. This is a key role in ensuring that Qatargas remains a risk aware and resilient organisation.
Key Accountabilities:Lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of BCM, including -• Coordinate the implementation of various business continuity strategies owned by different entities in Qatargas.• Lead the periodic review and update of business impact assessments.• Manage the update of key documentation such as department business continuity plans.• Design and facilitate exercises to test departmental business continuity plans and capture lessons learnt. • Work closely with emergency response teams to jointly design and conduct major incident response exercises incorporating the business continuity response.• Identify, train and guide departmental business continuity management coordinators to enhance BCM culture and competencies across the organisation.• Support / collaborate with the enterprise risk management program to ensure close alignment / integration between risk mitigation and business continuity.• Design and deliver appropriate level of reports for Qatargas senior management and shareholders.• Represent Qatargas at stakeholder / shareholder committee meetings. Completions Engineer – Qatar

Basic Function and Scope:The Completions Engineer executes the integrated systems completions/start-up program. Between the Construction and Operations phases, he manages effective execution systems completions/acceptance tasks and identification/mitigation of “look ahead” activities critical to ensuring an orderly integration of Producing Facilities. Provides guidance, training, and oversight regarding systems completions to the Qatargas PMT Start-Up Organization and Contractor’s Systems Completion Organization. Tasks and Duties:• Assist in the development and sourcing of the Systems Completions Organization.• Assist development of the Systems Completions Plan.• Manages a computerized Completion Management System (CMS) for tracking, certification, and quality purposes. Develop and monitor systems completions database of engineering parameters, check sheets, and verification criteria.• Involve Operation representatives in all aspects of familiarization and training on plant equipment and systems according to the requirements the Operability Management Plan.• Under auspices of the Systems Completions and working with the EPC contractors’ manage to:1. Provide onsite leadership to ensuring safe execution systems completions and commissioning.2. Construction Manager – Qatar

Basic Function and Scope:Plans, manages, coordinates and monitors the overall activities of Construction through EPC phase. Responsible for planning and establishing organizational structure, construction procedures, construction standards, methods, and services to fulfill the wide variety of technical and construction support associated to project targets and objectives. Tasks and Duties:• Supervises the activities of assigned personnel within the Qatargas Project Construction Organization. The specific Managerial and Supervisory responsibilities of all such jobs are detailed in a separate document, included in all job description Manuals. • Directs and establishes the design philosophy for the project’s systems, standards, procedures, methodology and the necessary protocols to carry out the variety of construction support services, to a high standard of performance, which is expected by Shareholders. • Is responsible to interact with Shareholders throughout the design phase and present periodic updates on design features to ensure smooth completions transition. Schedules all Pre-HAZOP/HAZOP Studies, Safety Reviews and HAZID and ensures responsible participants contribute during meetings and disposition action from meetings in a timely manner. • Responsible for overall facility, including all mechanical, electrical, instrument, process, systems, structural and civil works. Monitors all phases of project activities from conceptual and P&ID reviews, Process Technical Reviews (including Commissioning Dossier reviews), preparation of bid packages, participates in contract negotiations as required and recommends contract awards. Oversees project construction or installation work by contractors and approves progress or final payments as their work is accepted. • Independently reviews Inspection programs, Inspections, Non Destructive Tests (NDT) and general surveys on systems such as pressurized vessels, piping, above and undersea pipelines or structures, cathodic protection systems, to ensure code compliance. Senior Civil Engineer – Qatar

Basic Function and Scope:The Senior Civil Engineer supports the Project Management Team (PMT) during the FEED, detailed engineering, construction and commissioning phases of the Project. Ensure that the civil and structural design and installation work meets the Project safety, environmental, operational, quality, cost, design, and schedule objectives. The individual should have a sound knowledge and understanding of Company procedures and processes in order to support the Project Management Team. An ability to work independently is required as well as strong computer literacy. Tasks and Duties:• Support the Engineering Manager in coordinating/ communicating various issues that affect the civil and structural engineering design, safety, and regulatory compliance of the work.• Responsible for insuring that electronic Management of Change (eMOC) on Project design is performed according to established procedures, and work with the Business Unit to ensure eMOC adequately documents rational. • Facilitate and coordinate all civil and structural engineering technical work products, is responsible for technical input on facilities sharing/allocation issues.• Evaluate / comment work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements. Senior Static Equipment Engineer – Qatar

Basic Function and Scope:The Senior Static Equipment Engineer is the technical expert on static mechanical and package equipment. Oversees FEED execution as well as EPC contractor’s production of the required static equipment deliverables. Facilitates interfaces among the other Discipline Engineers of PMT and FEED and EPC contractor’s organization with respect to static equipment issues. Ensure that the Static Equipment design meet the Project, safety, environmental, operational, quality, cost, design, and schedule objectives.Tasks and Duties:• Responsible for all aspects of static/package equipment selection, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and start-up planning. Provide overall static and package equipment technical leadership and expertise.• Ensures the Qatargas Project’s requirements, as detailed in the Technical Specifications, for all Static/package equipment are met. Coordinate with other disciplines of PMT for progressing the design, procurement, manufacture, erection, commissioning and start-up of static and package equipment activities to adhere to project schedule. • Review Piping and Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs) for safe and operable static equipment features. Review, comment and approve work performed by FEED/EPC Contractor and vendors to ensure the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Includes review of thermal, mechanical design drawings, calculations, documents, and specifications. Identify deviations if any and manage them as per project procedures with appropriate approval. • Directs and oversees the activities of inspection, monitoring and certifying the quality of all static and package equipment and project installations. Reviews inspection programs, inspections, Non-Destructive Tests (NDT) and general surveys on systems such as pressurized vessels, columns, reactors, fired heaters, vendor packages and structures to ensure adherence to project specifications, manufacturing tolerance and code compliance. Provides advice and specification for industrial painting, controlling trade testing and x-rays to contract welders, certifying lifting devices, providing expertise in metallurgy and corrosion.• Participate in site material receiving inspections, conduct field erection inspections along with QC for compliance to erection tolerances. Monitor and Co-ordinate package erection activities and other static equipment erection activities during construction and assist Construction Manager as and when required.• Review and approve spare parts requirements for commissioning, start-up and 2 year operations as per company policy and procedures• Conduct meetings with Contractor, sub-contractor and vendor Engineers for adherence to specifications, to resolve technical issues if any. Senior Project Engineer – Qatar

Basic Function and Scope: The Senior Project Engineer’s main function will be to coordinate technical interface activities within the Contractors engineering team and QG Engineering department and ensure that the resultant design is in accordance with the Project Basis of Design and all Project requirements, procedures, budgets and schedules. Furthermore, the incumbent will monitor the progress and coordinate the resolution of external interface matters related to engineering. Within these areas of responsibility he will be required: • To ensure Project safety standards are met or exceeded. • To co-ordinate with the discipline engineering expertise to ensure that interfaces are managed so that the plant will function in accordance with the Project Basis of Design. • To monitor the EPC Contractor in the execution of his responsibilities under the EPC Contract Tasks and Duties:• Ensure that all interfaces are coordinated in a logical, systematic and professional manner, monitoring the activities of the EPC contractor in order to achieve a safe, healthy, environmentally friendly, timely and within budget realization of the project. • Lead Project risk management reviews for the project. • Ensure to have all plans and procedures to be in place for the project. • Ensures the project is QG iPMS compliant by coordinating the development and management of project procedures and documents. Furthermore, coordinates all GATE reviews.• Leads the project execution to be in compliance with iPMS standard.• Liaise and coordinate with the other disciplines (Process, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, Instrumentation and HSE) in the resident team to adequately manage the interfaces for areas where additional expertise is required. • Monitor and review the activities of the Contractors, ensuring that their activities are in accordance with all Project contractual, statutory and regulatory requirements. • Keep the Lead Project Engineer fully informed and highlight issues which have an impact on Project Basis of Design, cost or schedule or safety or regulatory compliance. Division Manager (Terminal Operations) – Qatar

Qatargas has been assigned as the signle operator by all operating companies in Ras Laffan industrial city to manage all non-LNG liquid hydrocarbon storage, loading and common facilities. RLTO (Ras Laffan Terminal Operations) is the department within Qatargas created to manage its obligations as the Single Operator. Job Purpose: Leads, directs and coordinates the safe, efficient and cost effective operation and maintenance of storage and loading facilities for all Ras Laffan products.Key Job Accountabilities: 1. Manages and directs the activities of all operations personnel in the Terminal operations group and performs supervisory duties at the level established by management for the position.2. Plans and controls safe, cost effective storage and loading operations for Terminal facilities in accordance with agreed production and lifting schedules and measured by KPIs. 3. Coordinates closely with RLC (Ras Laffan City) port to ensure that lifting programs will not be constrained by RLC port facilities or support resources.4. Job Purpose: Develop and maintain all necessary economic models, conduct fundamental market analysis, provide analytical support for new and existing sales opportunities and support QG’s external reputation. Key Accountabilities: Modelling – • Maintain project economic models in order to evaluate the financial impact of proposed changes to the sales portfolio and other key changes in parameters, e.g. fiscals or yields, for both the State and Shareholders primarily in terms of IRR, NPV, and cash flow.

• 8 years professional experience in a business support or marketing role in the hydrocarbon industry including 3 years in a LNG corporation.
• Knowledge of all aspects of economic analysis and preparation and interpretation of economic models associated with LNG sales contracts.
