Senior ICS Cyber Security Engineer – Qatar

The Cyber Security Engineer responsible for executing the ICS Security Enhancement project and will be the lead engineer providing technical and strategic, day-to-day management and coordination of this project with the EPC Contractor executing the job. He will be responsible for research, engineering and navigating technical problems in consultation with the EPC Contractor throughout the 3 year duration of the project. He is key to the successful delivery of this project. Accountabilities :This individual will have specific responsibilities and accountability for designing, testing and installing the above mentioned security tools, managing the risks associated with live integration of 150 systems (which includes, but not limited to critical systems such as DCS, Turbine Control Systems, Safety Systems, Electrical systems, etc.) currently installed in over 100 ITR’s and Sub stations. He will also have responsibilities for installation, configuration and testing of over 100 Firewalls to create the appropriate network segregations between assets and the systems within each asset, as well as bringing up the central security infrastructure.

MOC and CADD Coordinator – Qatar

Maintains, coordinates and controls the Management of Change (MOC) system and Computer Aided Design and Draughting (CADD) office Services to ensure effective and reliable operations supporting flow of information and data across MOC and project delivery teams, functional groups and external contractors.
Key Accountabilities:1. Coordinate with all the stakeholders of Management of Change (MOC) tasks ensuring compliance to the Company policies and procedures.
2. Coordinate system management, maintenance and administration to ensure continuous application of E-MOC system as an effective tool to support the Engineering change management process across the Company.
3. Establish E-MOC training requirements for Company personnel to ensure the process is understood and adhered by all stakeholders. Train managers and supervisors; develop training plans for all users according to their role requirement while using MOC system, meeting department training objectives.
4. Arrange Plant Change Committee meetings for the Quality Gate 1 & 2 reviews/approvals of change request for initiation and plan projects and make investment decisions (PPMID), preparation of agenda, distribution of meeting outcome and completion of workflow tasks in MOC system.
5. Update the MOC reporting Database, enhance the reporting functionality, issuance of periodic report for all the stakeholders, process health and ensure that correspondence with stakeholders in relation to schedule and follow-up.
6. Coordinate and supervise the daily CADD office activities including matching tasks to resources, resolving conflicting priorities, assigning work priorities and reviewing of completed work.
7. Ensure software’s license management including data security, software installation, version upgrades, data migration, archiving, and back-up routines meets operational needs and provides guidance on Company requirement to the contractor/vendor.
8. Develop, implement and maintain CADD Standards, Drawing Office work practices and related procedures. Ensure compliance of internal & external projects, verify status, relevance and currency of documentation before acceptance for use in the Company.
9. Coordinate updating of Company technical document management system with the revised, new and superseded documents to reflect new projects and internal modifications. Ensure that all documentation updating in accordance with established project procedures prior to closeout of MOCs.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a major projects environment and/or operations and maintenance of hydrocarbon processing facilities, preferably in the oil and gas industry, including 3 years in a supervisory position.
Knowledge and understanding of the engineering change management process & procedures, technical document management and CADD environment.
Excellent command of written and oral English with presentation and report writing skills. Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel & Access and understanding of database comparison & conversion, TDMS and CADD skill set.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Safety Manager (Safety Off Plot) – Qatar

Head of Safety Off Plot Plans, manages, and supervises all safety activities to ensure that applicable Qatargas safety standards and programs are achieved and maintained at Qatargas on-plot/ off-plot facilities.Key Job Accountabilities:1. Oversee the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of Qatargas Safety Programs in the area of responsibility. Champion of development of safety reports that identify critical activities, highlight safety concerns for management attention and ensure key safety information are communicated, followed-up and documented in a timely manner.2. Implement safety programs to ensure the safety and welfare of all parties within areas of responsibilities and to communicate to all concerned (in particular asset management ) the hazard identification and mitigation/ avoidance of unsafe acts and conditions and the need to addressing SHE concerns in a positive, effective and efficient manner to prevent reoccurrence.3. Senior Internal Auditor – I T – Qatar

Job Purpose:
Conducts, plans and executes internal audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, accuracy of information reported and compliance with policies and procedures. Provide I.T. auditing subject matter expertise for the Internal Audit Department in order to ensure that:-• QG information systems and technology are properly audited; and • QG Internal Audit Department makes appropriate use of available technology. Key Accountabilities:
1. Plans audits by analyzing business processes and preparing risk assessments to determine the controls to be tested. Defines the audit scope, objectives and audit program steps in order to test the system of controls and obtains approval for the plan from the Head and/or CIA. Formulates and agrees audit plans, scope and objectives with auditees.
2. Detailed planning and execution of I.T. audits.
3. Conducts audit fieldwork by coordinating audits teams and testing controls and compliance with policies, procedures and agreed practices.
4. Prepares internal audit reports, audit plans, progress reports, and early reports on potential significant findings.
5. Conducts follow-up of prior audit observations to ensure agreed actions are implemented by the Auditee.

Plant Safety Officer – Qatar

Roles at this level ensure the provision of a safe and environmentally compliant work environment for all Qatargas and contractor personnel in an assigned area of the operation. This includes developing and monitoring procedures, delivering training programs and carrying out field inspections and audits. There is also a role in incident control and the subsequent investigation of causes, and preparation, review and assessment of statistics.
Key Accountabilities:1. Ensures that safety equipment and facilities are kept in working order by developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs and associated procedures.2. Ensures regular inspection, testing and maintenance of all fixed and portable equipment within an assigned area of responsibility.3. Assist in developing and conducting training programs in SEQ related principles and practices.4. Monitors and facilitates the activities of maintenance and construction crews carrying out work under permit to work system to ensure SEQ compliance.5. Advise and assist in incident control during major accidents or emergencies on site, investigates incidents and prepares assessments and reports.6. Off-Plot Lead Loss Prevention Engineer – Qatar

Assist Head of Loss Prevention Engineering with the implementation of the Company loss prevention program and ensure compliance with relevant codes of practice and petrochemical industry engineering standards. Participate in or lead in-house hazard identification and risk assessment studies as appropriate and prepare related reports. Work with other groups to ensure that risk assessment recommendations receive appropriate follow-up. Review engineering documentations, project deliverables, interface documentation related to process safety engineering and provide professional assessment of the documentsAssist with scope development for externally contracted safety studies and co-ordinate review and acceptance of such studies. Head of Petroleum Data Services – Qatar

Manage the subsurface information systems through designing, developing, loading and delivering complete valid data from seismic to production in the most cost effective manner, while maintaining the highest level of security compliance. Requires the application of conceptual and analytical judgment in developing data and information systems.Addresses complex discipline specific related problems and issues to meet customer requirements.Direct impact on how QG reservoir, geological and production data systems are utilised. Instrument & Control Engineer – Qatar

Supervise, plan, provide technical support for the safe operation and functionality of Integrated Control Systems (ICS) deployed at the Qatargas Onshore and Offshore facilities. Maintain the Control Systems at optimum performance through periodic system monitoring and analysis. Rectifies any problems identified in the Control Systems through on-line and shutdown maintenance. Maintain proper backups of all system software and control software as per the Backup policy. Perform System maintenance activities during plant shutdown and Provide support to operation and Maintenance for shutdown and start up activities. Perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as per SAP PM Frequency. Implementation of EMOC recommendations. Provide assistance to Instrument group in troubleshooting and rectifying Instrument and control problems. Provide support to Offshore Instrument team in maintaining Offshore Control Systems. Participate in commissioning of control systems prior to plant start up. Tracks all software and control scheme changes through documentation and schematics, which will be utilized to update the various control scenarios as per EMOC recommendations or Project Documentation. Support Operations by improvements in Plant Information system through enhanced Reports, Archives and Alarms facility. Review Availability of Spares and raise Stock Amendment Request (SAR) as per requirements. To identify the System obsolescence and raise EMOC for up gradation well in advance. Update policy document for Control systems. Maintain “Hot spares” to test and prove hardware module and software schemes to facilitate reliable control system maintenance. Evaluate and tests control scheme enhancements in conjunction with process engineers or operations supervisors. Support for Management of Change feasibility study by providing system inputs. Participate in Root cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Risk Assessment, HAZOP study and provide necessary data for this Analysis. Participate in Alarm management and Project review Meetings. Participate in internal and external Audit and close out of Action items. Participate in the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) of new control systems, to ensure that the new technology is transferred and accepted into Qatargas. Provide facility for technical training and coaching of control system technicians and Qatari National Developees in the off line “Hot Spares” system.
